What exactly am I paying for?
A booked appointment with a qualified home loan borrower who picked the time from your own calendar. You pay per booked appointment, and nothing else. Home loans only, covering new home loans and refinancing.
What if they do not show up?
No-shows are replaced free where you were available at the booked time. Calls that happen but do not proceed are part of normal conversion, and we never guarantee that a call closes.
Are they really exclusive?
Yes. One qualified borrower, one broker, one booking. They are never booked with anyone else and their details are never sold again.
Where do the appointments come from?
Our own consumer comparison funnels. Every enquiry is qualified in that funnel and then the borrower chooses a time from your live availability. We never buy or resell third-party lists.
Is the website and Desk really free for life?
Yes. Buy your first pack of appointments, any size, and we build your website and Desk and keep them running free for life.
Do I have to change my CRM?
No. You keep the one you use, and we pass client details into it.
Do I need to be licensed?
Yes. We only supply mortgage brokers who are licensed or accredited, either directly or under an aggregator or licensee. We are not a lender or licensee and we do not provide advice.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No lock-in and no retainer. Appointments are bought in prepaid packs, so you measure your own numbers and scale up only if the maths works for you.
